Browsing and buying online with RICARDA is simple. Choose your item, select the desired size and colour, and click 'Add to Bag'. Then simply follow the prompts on the screen. Do I need an account with RICARDA to place an order?
Yes, you will need to become registered customer with RICARDA to place an order online. Once you have completed the account sign up, you can shop online and stay up to date with all the latest RICARDA offers and promotions.
I've forgotten my account password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your RICARDA account password please select the Forgot your Password link on the account sign in page.
Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
RICARDA can only deliver to one address per order. Please place separate orders for each destination.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
At RICARDA we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Because of this we are unable to change your order once it has been completed and the payment has been processed.
Which payment methods does RICARDA accept?
RICARDA accepts credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PUT IN ON LAY BUY powered by PayPal.
Do you offer Lay Buy purchases online?
Yes, we have partnered with PayPal to offer a PUT IT ON LAY BUY option at checkout. Here you have the option to pay a deposit of 30% on the total order value, and pay it off over a period of 8 weeks. Can I use my in-store loyalty voucher online?
No, however if you do have a loyalty voucher and wish to use it for an online purchase please email us with your voucher number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manually apply the voucher value to your online order.
How will I know if my order was successful?
Once you have completed the checkout process, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. When the payment has been successfully processed you will receive another email confirming that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number so you can follow its delivery progress.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over AU$500. For delivery within Australia on orders under AU$500, a flat rate of AU$10 will be charged. For more information about shipping to your address, please click here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RICARDA currently ships internationally excluding Russia, Iran, Iraq, and the Gaza Strip. To find out more about international shipping please click here.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping varies depending on your delivery location. Please select your location from our shipping calculator here for shipping times and costs.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express Shipping is available for all domestic orders. Express Shipping is automatically applied to all International orders as we have partnered with DHL express. For more information about transit times please see our shipping information.
Is my personal information protected?
When will I receive my order?
All Australian orders placed before 12pm (WAST) on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (WAST) on weekdays, on weekends, and on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. I've changed my mind, can I receive a refund?
For change of mind we offer a store credit which is valid for 12 months, that way you have plenty of time to find something more suitable to you. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to return your item/s. To find out more about returns & exchanges please click here.
The item I ordered was the wrong size, can I replace it?
If an item you received is the wrong size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can process your return and also put aside for you the correct size.
An item I received is faulty, what do I do?
All items are thoroughly quality controlled by RICARDA before being dispatched to you. In the event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact the RICARDA customer care team immediately. We will organise a replacement or a repair of the item. If the item cannot be repaired or the replacement is out of stock, you will be refunded the full cost of the item including shipping.
Can I return an item purchased online to a RICARDA store?
Online orders can be returned, in person, to the RICARDA Subiaco store at 399 Hay Street, Subiaco in Western Australia. If you would like to return the items in store you must still request a refund via our customer care team. Any orders returned to the store must have been be accompanied by the original invoice and RMA number.
Please note we are unable to receive online returns at our Claremont or Albany stores.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries will need to be signed for unless you have requested otherwise. Please be aware that if you have asked for your delivery to be left unattended, RICARDA will not assume responsibility for its security.
Which currency can I pay in?
While you can browse RICARDA online in different currencies, please be aware that you will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
