Inventory & Administration Assistant

Type: Permanent Part time or Full time (flexible 4 or 5 days / week)
Location: Claremont, Perth, Western Australia 

RICARDA is looking for a highly organised and analytical inventory and administration assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team. 
You will be required to manage all aspects of our storeroom and back office. from stock creating and stock receiving. This is a junior position based at our head office in Claremont, Western Australia. This is a permanent full time or part time position with the flexibility of either 4 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and receive in all incoming stock.
  • Check incoming stock against relevant documentation and report inaccuracies.
  • Unpack, and accurately price stock.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control and cleanliness with all stock.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation of the stock room.
  • Manage all stock discrepancies, faults, repairs and dry cleaning.
  • Manage and assist with stock replenishment for retail stores.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
  • Carry out efficient and effective stocktakes.
  • Purchase order management.
  • Procurement Planning.
  • Stock reporting and analysis.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Must-Have Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (or similar)
  • Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Min 2 years’ experience with retail inventory management software
  • Experience with Retail Express highly regarded.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Google Suite
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interest in problem solving and figuring out the ‘why’ when managing stock movements.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • A ‘can do attitude’ nothing too big or too small.
  • Current WA driver's license

Freelance Social Media Content Creator

10 -15 hours / week

This is a unique opportunity to express your passion and creativity for end-to-end content creation for Instagram, TikTok (not yet launched) and Facebook.

We're on the lookout for a vibrant and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a freelance basis, approx. 15-20 hours per week. If you're handy with a DSLR camera or have a stellar iPhone content portfolio and can offer experience as a passionate brand advocate, and showcase the value of our products, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Overview: As a Social Media Content Creator at RICARDA, your role is pivotal in shaping our online presence. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content and managing our social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook. Your creativity will shine as you bring our brand to life through captivating visuals and compelling storytelling.

This role is on a freelance basis of approximately 15-20 hours per week. You must be located in Perth WA as you will be required to travel to our Claremont store each week, possibly twice per week to shoot and create content.
