RICARDA does not independently store complete payment card details unless expressly stated.

Shopify operates internationally and information handled through Shopify services may be processed in countries including Canada, the United States, Singapore and other locations in which Shopify, its affiliates or service providers operate.
Klaviyo may process or store personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Kudosity's core messaging infrastructure and customer messaging data are hosted in Australia. However, Kudosity may use approved service providers or sub-processors located in Australia and other jurisdictions to support its services.
Meta operates globally and information collected through Meta advertising technologies may be processed outside Australia.
Other analytics or advertising providers used by us from time to time, including Google services where implemented, may also process information in overseas locations.
Where RICARDA discloses personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps where required by applicable law to ensure that the information is handled appropriately and protected in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND ONLINE ADVERTISING
RICARDA and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate our Site, remember preferences, understand how customers interact with the Site, measure marketing performance and improve the shopping experience.

Information made available to Klaviyo may include your name, email address, purchase history, browsing or engagement information and marketing preferences.

If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still contact you where necessary regarding an existing order, transaction, account, customer service matter or other non-marketing communication.
SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING
RICARDA uses Kudosity to provide SMS and mobile messaging services.
If you consent to receive promotional SMS messages from RICARDA, we may use your mobile number and relevant customer information to send messages about products, collections, promotions, sales and other offers.
