Returns + Exchanges

Unless your purchase is Sale Merchandise, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with the size/fit of your purchase made via electronic means, (i.e., via the Website), provided that the merchandise is returned to us and received by us in its original condition within the time frames set out below. Proof of purchase is required.  This offer does not include refund of delivery charges.

(For clarity, we do not extend this offer to in-store purchases where the customer has had the opportunity to inspect and try on the merchandise before making the purchase.)

RETURNS BY MAIL

You have 7 days from the time of receiving your order to advise us that you wish to return your item/s. To arrange your return, simply email us at customercare@ricarda.com.au with your order number and which item/s you wish to return. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on what to do next.

Please note that we must receive the item/s for return in our warehouse within 7 days of when the returns request was made to us.

A store credit may be offered by RICARDA in its sole discretion where an item has been returned for refund but reaches RICARDA slightly outside the stipulated timeframe. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

RETURNS BY RETAIL STORE

You have 7 days from the time of receiving your order to advise us that you wish to return your item/s. To arrange your return, simply email us at customercare@ricarda.com.au with your order number and which item/s you wish to return and which store is the most convenient store location for you to return your item/s (No online order returns can be made in our Albany store) . You will receive an email with detailed instructions on what to do next.

Please note that we must receive the item/s for return in our warehouse within 7 days of when the returns request was made to us.

STEP-BY-STEP

    1. Contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order at customercare@ricarda.com.au requesting that you wish to process a return, include which item/s you wish to return, your order number and if you would like a refund or exchange. 
    2. Wait on return instructions from our team 

Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the merchandise is in new and unused condition with the designer garment tags attached in its original packaging, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a refund, depending on which option you have requested. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, which must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.

Please note that time is of the essence.  If the conditions stipulated by RICARDA are not met, including as to timeframes, RICARDA will have no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you.  You may arrange collection at your own expense.

Merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to RICARDA will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy.

RICARDA strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as Express Post or registered courier (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT), so your package can be tracked. RICARDA will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.

To avoid incurring unnecessary expense, please remember that this offer of a return or exchange for unsatisfactory size/fit does not apply to Sale Merchandise.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund, less any shipping fees, will be credited to the original payment method (faulty goods). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through RICARDA. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that all items purchased on sale can not be returned, unless the item is faulty.

FINAL SALE EVENTS

All items that offer a further X% off marked sale prices are deemed as FINAL SALE and no returns or exchanges are accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the item/s is deemed faulty and if you have not been made aware of this or any imperfections by our customer care team prior to the item/s being shipped.
