Returns + Exchanges
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com.
Please note that all exchanges are based on stock availability.Store credit is issued for all other returns. Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue. We only accept returns or exchanges if the 'Conditions of Return' are met, please see below.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Any belts and designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and leather tags must be included with your return.
All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number included with the items as any unidentified returns may be sent back to you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to attain your RMA.
When trying on shoes please do so on a carpeted surface until you are certain you would like to keep them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
Clothing & Bags
Clothing and bags must be returned in their original state: new, unused, unwashed, and with all RICARDA and designer product tags still attached.
Skincare, cosmetics, hair care and fragrances must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
If you wish to return an item, please request a return by contacting us at email@example.com within seven days of delivery. Once RICARDA has sent you the returns information and RMA number, the items must be dispatched immediately. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of RICARDA.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM/S
When you receive your order, you will find enclosed your purchase, an invoice and the returns information.
We provide full refund of the purchase price for faulty goods only. RICARDA only accepts items as faulty after inspection.
Shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging item/s to RICARDA are non refundable. We cannot be held liable for the loss of your item/s being returned to us. We strongly recommend using a registered postal service.
Once we have received your order and it has been quality checked and approved, RICARDA will send you a confirmation email, and the amount, less the shipping cost, will be credited to the original payment method.
Step - by - Step process
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us that you wish to return/exchange your item/s.
2. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA) number to include on your returns paper work as well as instruction on how to finalise your return.
3. Once we have received your return and the quality control has been carried out you will be notified via email.
This returns information applies only to products purchased on the RICARDA e-store, not in one of our physical stores. If you have questions about our in-store returns policy, please don't hesitate to contact email@example.com
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund, less any shipping fees, will be credited to the original payment method (faulty goods) or as a store credit to your RICARDA account (all other goods). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through RICARDA. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note that all items purchased on sale can not be returned, unless the item is faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, RICARDA will offer to repair faulty items.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size/colour, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For more information about faulty items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit, provided that the 'Conditions of Return' are met. The store credit will be valid for 12 months. You may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. To find out more about RICARDA store credits, please contact email@example.com.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Items can be returned, in person, to the RICARDA Subiaco store at 399 Hay Street, Subiaco in Western Australia. Any orders returned to the store must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase and the RMA number. Please note that orders returned to the Subiaco store on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
TAXES & DUTIES
RICARDA will not be held responsible for any possible international customs duties, sales taxes and handling costs which may be applied by customs at the destination country. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer, and will not be refunded by RICARDA if the items are returned.
